Who We Are
The Resilient Women is a Troy, Michigan nonprofit helping formerly incarcerated and veteran women step into stable, well-paying careers — and a future they own.
Too many women come home from incarceration or military service ready to work — but without a clear path to a career that can sustain them. The doors that should open often stay closed.
The Resilient Women exists to change that. We connect women to hands-on training, committed mentors, and employers in two of the strongest industries in the country: construction and real estate. The result isn't just a job — it's independence, dignity, and a foundation that lasts.
Founded and guided by a dedicated board of directors, we're building programs designed to meet women exactly where they are and walk with them every step forward.
